Well, you won't need to queue at the store counters: you have a specific lane, which is sometimes even located outside the store. After providing your reservation details, a salesperson hands you your equipment and you leave directly with it (provided your shoes fit, of course).
Why is it faster than a classic online reservation? First, because there's a dedicated lane, and second, because you don't have to wait for previous customers to try on their shoes, get advice on ski helmet size, etc. All customers pick up their equipment in a few minutes, without trying it on site, which saves valuable time!
How to enjoy the Click and Collect service with your ski rental?
Interested in this solution for quick equipment pickup ? To benefit from it, just one click in the « Services » tab, after adding all the desired equipment to your rental cart. You will then see the « Click & Collect » service appear, to add to the cart. Note that not all stores make this service available: if it does not appear online in the list of services, unfortunately, you will not be able to subscribe to it.
Then, continue your reservation as usual, adding if you wish ski insurance, by entering any promo code, then by paying for the order. Don't forget to clearly specify all the requested information for each rented equipment (age, size, weight, shoe size, level, etc.), so that the store team can best prepare your rental, thus saving you time on site.
Good to know: depending on the store, Click & Collect can be a free or paid service, with prices specific to each store. This will be indicated on the page before you validate your online reservation.
