A partially renewed rental fleet, to optimize equipment use
Equipment renewal is done gradually: we do not entirely change the rental fleet every season. There are of course budgetary reasons for this, but it is also about consuming more responsibly.
We only replace equipment that is too worn or old. Equipment in good condition can be resold used, while others go through the Ecologic network. They are then taken care of to be recycled or reused in different ways.
In this way, we can offer you new skis, while maximizing the potential of skis that already have one or more seasons behind them. And if we succeed in keeping our equipment for several seasons, without compromising its glide quality, it is also thanks to our ski maintenance expertise.
Regular professional maintenance for high-performance skis that last over time
A ski or snowboard must be maintained regularly and professionally, to:
maintain its fluidity and gliding comfort;
guarantee you a safe glide, with a ski that won't suddenly brake or have difficulty pivoting;
preserve its longevity, thanks in particular to waxing which protects the base and repairs of holes and micro-scratches.
In our workshops, the ski technicians have the expertise and the right tools to carry out this maintenance. Regular checks allow them to determine the right time to wax, sharpen or perform a small repair. This maintenance rigor applies to skis recently entered in store, as well as to models present in the rental fleet for 1, 2 or 3 years.
